St Abbs Head Nature Reserve. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Reserve Car Park. Home to the Common guillemot, Black Legged Kittiwake, Northern Fulmar, Shag, Razorbill and Herring Gull, it's very easy to spend a day walking and exploring the beauty of this Reserve.
The Bass Rock. About 30 miles North of Coldingham and home to more than 150,000 North Atlantic Gannets you will also find Guillemot, Razorbill, Cormorant, Puffin and Eider Duck. Close by you will also find the Scottish Seabird Centre - voted Tourism Business of the year in 2008.
Farne Islands. About 30 miles South of Coldingham the Farne Islands belong to the National Trust and are home to seabirds including Puffin, Shag and Tern. There is also a large grey seal colony on the islands. Boat trips run every day from Seahouses.
